I agree. Lose either the jacket or the bow on the shirt. Also the bag is too closely matching the colour of the shirt. What colour bag would you suggest? I was thinking deep red.
She looks like a fashion nun. I would keep on the shoes and tights. A lighter color short sleeve blouse...........perhaps a wrap or crochet sweater for outer wear and YES a deep red for a bag would be earthy.
