I love the skirt--it looks really one-of-a-kind. And I love those type of necklaces when worn with a white t-shirt. I agree that it looks sloppy but I think she pulls it off well, and it wouldn't look better tucked in. It looks casual, but then the heels make me think "what." I love the suprise.
A plain fitted tank top would make this look amazing. It looks a little sloppy here... maybe if she would tuck in the t??
