A bum's outfit??? Wow. That's rough. I quite like the shorts. I absolutely love his hair style. Is it my thing? Perhaps not, but I admire the fact that he's doing his thing: he's creating a look that is truly his and his alone. I say have fun. Take risks. Do it up.
